About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from the cazy online store. They do not remove any mandatory rights you have under consumer law. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
Products and compatibility
Choose the exact iPhone model before adding a case. Product colours can appear slightly different depending on the screen and lighting, but we aim to present them accurately.
cazy products are not manufactured, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order before acceptance if stock, pricing or payment information is materially incorrect, or if fraud checks reasonably require it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and discounts are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number.

Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer protections. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Greek law applies, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Consumers may bring claims before courts available under applicable EU rules.
